Organic Balloon Arch/Backdrop Display
Pricing starts at $450
Arch/Backdrop Displays are one of our most popular options among clients! They are very versatile and include backdrop color/design of your choice as well as custom font for your backdrop. Balloon garlands follow along the arch in a curved/arch pattern, or can simply go up the sides in a vertical direction. The sky is the limit with options and choices of color, design, and font. LED sign lighting is also an available add-on for this popular style of balloon display! All types of foils, florals, LED signage, and custom font are an option dependent upon event and client request. We have various sizes of arch height available ranging from 6'-7.5' in height. If a custom backdrop is desired, accommodations will be made with time permitting and will be added onto the existing service price.
Freestyle Organic Balloon Garland

Freestyle Organic Garlands are the most versatile and customizable option we offer when it comes to balloon displays. With these we can do a variety of things, such as floor to ceiling displays attached to walls, columns, any type of solid surface you can think of. Unable to attach to walls or solid surfaces? No worries! We are also able to build a free standing organic balloon garland in any open space regardless of attachment points. We know some venues have tough restrictions and we are more than able to accommodate options for creative large scale displays despite potential limitations. The size of garland requested dependent upon space of venue largely factors into pricing, as well as add-ons, such as florals and foil balloons.

Balloon Hoops are a creative and fun way to enhance any event! Frame for hoop is included in pricing but must be returned after event.
Classic Organic Balloon Arch

A classic balloon arch is a staple decorative display for all types of events and will always make an elegant addition to any venue! Balloon arches can be customized with a variety of shades, foil balloons, and even florals! Foils and florals are an additional charge.
Balloon Wall

Balloon Walls are the perfect addition to any event, especially in larger spaces where a statement piece is needed! Balloon walls offer a wonderful photo op for any type of event, whether it be a corporate gathering or a birthday party! Balloon walls can range in size from 6'x6' to 8'x 8' , and are available in a variety of colors! Foil number and shape balloons can also be added to create additional flare.
Balloon Centerpiece
$30+ per centerpiece
Balloon Table Centerpieces make a beautiful addition to any event where tables are being used. Centerpieces can be customized in many ways utilizing the addition of florals, customizable font of your choice, as well as varying sizes dependent on the table or surface dimensions it will be sitting upon.

What does the price of a display include?
The pricing quote you receive, as well as any estimates listed above as starting prices include the cost of materials, transportation to/from event, set-up of the display, as well as breakdown post-event if materials used such as backdrops, or LED signs need to be taken down or retrieved from an event venue.
Why is there a minimum booking fee?
We require a minimum booking fee of $400 in order to reserve a spot on our calendar. Our materials and time are valuable and in order to run a successful business, we have to charge a minimum amount in order to adequately invest the time and money necessary into our materials and work. Luxury balloon decor is our passion and we appreicate our customers who are willing to invest in supporting our business in exchange for beautiful event displays.
Is a deposit required in order to book?
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost for each event booking is required to secure a date of service. This deposit amount is automatically applied toward the total cost of the event, and the remaining 50% of the service fee is due no later than three days prior to an event date. This cost covers the expense of materials used and ensures security of the booking between Saguaro Valley Designs as well as the client. As a client, you will also receive an emailed contract that must be read and signed before proceeding with paying the deposit to confirm and book an event reservation. A contract is in place in order to set forth clear, concise expectations and confidence between both our business as well as our client.
